Clouds

Amateur cloud identification and oggling

Clouds are always changing, perfectly capturing the intersection of art and science (cloud physics is definitely a thing). I'm no cloud scientist, but I enjoy leaving my head in the clouds every once in a while. Enjoy my attempt to identify the clouds! (Pictured above are some cumulus congestus above South Table Mesa in Golden, Colorado)

Altocumulus in the sky on the hike to Mt. Belford and Oxford in Colorado.

Cirrus clouds (maybe?) somewhere in Utah.

Perhaps some stratocumulus above the Great Sand Dunes in Colorado.

Ground fog and some low level cumulus and stratus (Tongass National Forest, Alaska)

Some cirrocumulus? above a few lonely stratocumulus getting blown away (Golden, Colorado)
